The product for the complaint shall be returned with the receipt to the retailer. |

The retailer shall send the customer complaints via the distributor to CTEK. |

Fill out and print the Complaints form and attach it to the product for fast and accurate investigation. |

The warranty is only valid for faults that have not been caused by the customer and given that the warranty time is not due. 2, 3 or 5 years depending on the product and model. See user manual. Products purchased before 2007-01-01 has 2 years warranty. |

If no receipt is attached with the product CTEK will give no warranty. |

The warranty is void if the product has been opened, purposely damaged or in any way modified. |

CTEK do not replace customers for any secondary damages caused by a faulty product or damages that have occurred during use of the product. |

If CTEK’s investigation shows that the product is not faulty, CTEK will return the product. |

Faulty products will be repaired or replaced with an exchangeable product. |

If the product has passed its warranty time and is not obviously faulty the product will be returned without investigation. Observe that the quality of the product will not be guaranteed by CTEK. |

Faulty units will be scrapped by CTEK if not repairable. |

If the complaint of a broken product is not approved, the product will be returned only if you explicitly ask for it. You will then have to pay the freight. |
