If the product is within its warranty period you may be able to return it to us for a repair or exchange (depending on model). All CTEK chargers under 10 Amps output have a 5 year manufacturers limited warranty. 10 Amps and above is covered by a 2 Year manufacturers warranty. To qualify you will need to be able to show us your proof of purchase if we request it.
To see if you are eligible you will need to fill in a RMA form, download here (save it on your computer before filling it in). Follow the instructions to complete the form and email it to us at support@ctek.com
