CTEK App update version 4.0.3  for iOS users and Backend patches for ANDROID users relating to CS ONE, NJORD GO & NANOGRID AIR

As part of our efforts to improve our customer experience, we recently launched an updated version of our CTEK App (initially Version 4.0) followed by Versions 4.0.1 and 4.0.2 to offer enhanced features and usability. Unfortunately, some unexpected issues (bugs) arose from these updates, which our teams have been actively working to identify and resolve as quickly as possible. Today (12 December 2024) we have made further updates to address many of these:

Work has been completed in our backend for ANDROID users addressing the following issues:

User ID and Product visibility issues for registering new products on the CTEK App.

This is an automatic update, so provided you are on version 4.0.2 of the CTEK App then you do not need to take any further action.

For iOS users, version 4.0.3 of the CTEK app is now available now in the App Store and addresses the following CRITICAL issues:

Bug Fixes for Load Balancing

 Bluetooth Stability Improvements

Schedule Visibility Improvements

Bug fixes for Visibility of Charging History

Firmware Update banner now visible for NJORD GO devices on 1.x firmware

PLEASE NOTE

We do recommend NJORD GO users upgrade the product firmware to version 2.x or 3.x. to get the full functionality from the product.
