LOAD BALANCING LICENCE | HOME
Avoid overload and tripped fuses in your self-contained house by installing the load balancing kit for CHARGESTORM® CONNECTED 2 EV charger from CTEK. The kit contains an energy meter that measures total power consumption of the house. The CHARGESTORM® CONNECTED 2 EV charger receives (via Modbus communication) the measured power from the energy meter and adjust charging power to the vehicle according to what is available at that point of time. The Energy meter is installed in the distribution panel of the house and connected to the CHARGESTORM® CONNECTED 2 EV charger with a standard Ethernet cable (the Ethernet cable is not part of the kit).
