Emil Helin appointed Chief Technology Officer at CTEK
CTEK is pleased to announce that Emil Helin has been appointed Chief Technology Officer, where he will lead the research and development of innovative new products at its Swedish head office.
Emil joined CTEK in August 2024 as a Development Manager and has now been promoted to the CTO role in the group’s management, where he will drive the evolution of new products for CTEK’s market leading range of vehicle and battery charging solutions.
A double Masters graduate in engineering and management from universities in Stockholm and Berlin respectively, Emil joined CTEK last year from CabinAir where he was CTO for the automotive clean air systems manufacturer.
Emil said: “I am excited to take on the role as Chief Technology Officer. At CTEK we have an impressive history of making smart and reliable charging solutions, and now I look forward to leveraging our experience and continue to create new innovative solutions for our customers.”

At CleanAir, a venture by Unilever company Blueair, Emil led the technology and engineering team as it achieved the status of a preferred Tier One supplier of clean air systems for premium car manufacturers.
Emil graduated as a Master of Science in Engineering, Design and product Realization from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm in 2016 and as a Master of Business and Administration, Innovation and Entrepreneurship from ESMT Berlin in 2023.
